When school starts I struggle to get my DAILY CARDIO in. And the struggle is REAL. Living in L.A. and commuting my kid to school and myself to work and then throw in things like: volleyball games and practices, group class projects that turn into parent-child swap meets all over town, and toss weekly errands into the mix and sometimes I'm spending three-four HOURS in the car PER DAY.
